     【摘要】目的观察荷包缝合眼球筋膜在羟基磷灰石植入术中的疗效。方法对32例眼球摘除的病人，在眼球摘除术中以荷包缝合眼球筋膜矫正眼眶凹陷等畸形。结果随访5～11个月，植入HA义眼座球体稳定，眼眶区饱满，义眼座活动度好，无球体暴露脱出及移位。结论荷包缝合眼球筋膜在羟基磷灰石植入术中应用，是一种理想、简便的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study effectiveness of string suture Tenons capsule artificial eye seat of hydroxyapatite.Methods Orbital collapses of 32 cases were received string suture Tenons capsule.Results No prolapse and dislocation of implants were found;seat modility and cosmetic appearance were also well accepted clinically for 5～11 months follow up.Conclusion String suture Tenons capsule is a abstract and informal way to be used in artificial eye seat of hydroxyapatite.
